I need information regarding development status in dha phase 1 extention.
Is it a good investment?
Development is under process with a very slow pace. Investment is good but it is for a very long term. May be more than 5-7 yrs. DHA enjoys the good will of its brand and its prices go up slowly but consistently. One should make the investment in DHA provided has the retaining power for a longer period.

It's long term investment.If you like then go to Dha phase2 which is better than Dha phase4.Allah knows best.
