How is phase 2 extension is progressing? There is no map that show the locations of its sectors. I have a plot in sector 'k' and after so many years there is still no map to show its sectors. I have heard that they will re-number the plots and sectors to accomodate in new sectors a, b, c and d. But i dont know any latest. Does anybody has any confirmed information about the phase? Please let me know.
What is the current rate of phase-II extension sector T allotted plot?

First of all we must try to know the location of the plot and how wide is the street? until this I would not recommend to even think of selling your plot.Phase 2 extension has within 2 phases of allotments. Initially they allotted Sectors 'A' to 'K' and charged 6 lacs as as development charges, then after they allotted sectors 'L' to 'Z' and charged from the allot tees 14 lacs as development charges. Now they are dividing this phase into 4 sectors i.e 'A' 'B' 'C' and 'D' and will re-number all sectors into these new sectors. I am not finding any map or link to see the old sectors. If you have seen or know something about location then please let us now. Regards.
