Can someone please update me on the situation of garden/serene city plots. I have plots in zone 1 - 10 marla (height plot opposite golf course) and zone 7 - 1 kanal.
I am very worried as i never hear any good news regarding this sector, i live abroad so i am totally unaware of what is happening.
The gt road entrance is yet to open, if i am not wrong. Do you guys think that will make any positive impact on prices. Realistically, i want to sell my plots once i can make back what i have paid.
