Is University Town good for investment? When the Kashmir Highway is open and toll plaza moves to motorway of Lahore and Peshawar then will it not get access on Kashmir Highway? Prices are cheap here now against any other society.
I dont know why universty town is not being discuss on this forum.
I think access to and from University Town maybe a problem, although the location itself is good.

Sir university town is not part of cda currently
its a very long term investment they dont acquired there land completely

Can you provide more details about University Town.Is this co-op society,development standard and safety of money in terms of reliable developers.
As per map, location is at intersection of Motorway and Islamabad main road(not sure which road)It looks similar situation as AWT.After getting interchange to UT,this location will be better for living.I am outside Islamabad and rely on online information so may be I am wrong.

Dear S.Arshad, UT is not worth to invest money. They don’t have the power/strength like AWT to have its own interchange in the near future. Regards

its not a cooperative housing scheme, university town is project of khyber housing society , sir location is good agree with u but they dont have any approved access on kashmir highway or motorway u have to use link road which is not a good entrance, not connected to any developed sector, awt location is not better then university town but they approved there interchange on motorway then its connected to a developed sector ECHS. It will take long time to develop Rest ALLAH knows better
I saw and it looks like they have access from motorway gate to kashmir highway but it is not a good road. May be they will get noc or direct access?

There will never be interchange for UT. They have developed some blocks but entrance is not good thats why very cheap like 5 to 6 lakh for ten marla. Currently access is with the service road of motorway which is not good. Maybe twenty years investment
Consider Top City, forget University Town,
E-19 and University town are budget societies.
If you want something with alittle more credibility then go for AWT, Top City or Mumtaz City! These are good options. Also ECHS is pretty good but alittle more pricey!
I agreed there will never be an interchange from motorway as new zero point interchange is within 2KM.
I think University town don't require an Interchange from motorway, but simply a link from Kashmir Highway, because existing toll plaza will move towards Lahore & Peshawar sides separately when New Air Port will become operational.
So, it all depends upon UT management when they can get a link from KH in future, just like ministry of interior society G-16 or TC/MC.
