I want to know the future prospects of university town is it in islamabad or rawalpindi also noc status and approach issues. The rates are very low for now i am considering for long term investment.
Mr. Rehman there are different pros and cons for different people while making investment. Could you tell me your present locality in Islamabad (or you live abroad)? are you thinking for purely for investment or you may think to build house in far future?
Approach issue is not resolved as yet.
I think it has some approval from RDA.
Kind of low investment, low return long term investment.
If access issue resolve, prices would surely jump but again, wait and see kind of thing.

I want to buy for purely for investment purposes coz its low priced and on instalments I can wait till 4 to 5 years. Khan sb don’t you think the access issues will resolve after KH completion also pindi ring road is just passing near to UT.
Rehman sb, I did not say it will not resolve, I said it is not resolved as yet and no one is certain about future that it will definitely solve.
If you go for developed plot, that is safe option... But if you go for installment plot which has yet to be developed, that again look to me risky as I am not sure they have the land to handover plots to all file holders... So, make sure the plot you are buying, the UT has acquired land in that area.
This is just my opinion. Please do your homework before making any decision.

Thank you khan sb for detailed reply
