University Town (pvt) Ltd. Claiming...
In block "A" they have the underground elect + water. And B and D block possession will be given soon. What are serious issue to University Town? Who is the developer? What are the facilities intact?

I’ll visit the town in a day or so and tell you what’s actually happening there . . .
Development standard is poor, plus access to university town in not good, currently it is through a small service road along motorway, they don't have any chance to populate A block for next 5 years, hence it is not recommended for investment. If they get direct access from motorway then it would become a good place, but chances are 5% out of 100.

But they are claiming that they will get access on Kashmir highway near to beacon house, is it true?

Infrastructure(pathetic) is poor & have no clear access, these two things is crystal clear.The good thing which I have seen in UT is that management give possession of plots quick comparatively to other societies and prices are attractive.

Access is the main drawback of this society. Although prices are comparatively low and location is not bad either. Development standard is also not good.
