I have heard rumours that they have or will be giving possession. Have they given possession? As prices seem to have rocketed? If not maybe just an artificial boom...

@ ihsan saab, i have no idea! I have just seen a couple of 5 marla plots for 10 lakhs and the seller has mentioned with possession ready to construct! That's why im wondering whether possession has been given or whether its just a wind up!
they said similar things about roshan Pakistan, but obviously we all know the truth about that.

Ihsan saab, the road access is a little narrow and their disadvantages to the road access but providing they are giving possession, prices will rocket.

@ihsan every time i call them the only thing to listen is ringing ringing ringing nothing else so have to visit the office personally.

I don,t think university town is ready to give possession .I have visited that project last month they are going very slow. If u r holding university town files plz send them written request abt possession .They have almost 5500 members and they sold all there plots.
Last nine years they did not do enough for the project.
