What are pros & cons of this society?
What is the current situation of University town?
Please also share price of 5 marla plot (with possession) in said society

The only expert I know on UT is brother Ilyas. But he has abadonded the forum since zameen got new looks and kicked out old members. I guess he did not create a new login as many of us did. We miss your brainy quotes bro!

UT is quite the underdog, seems to have good potential.

  • Exactly Opposite on geo-proximity to Top City proved to be a Gold Mine in recent years (due to interchange and quality of development). UT’s fate and good escalation heavily depend on the interchange from 18.

  • RDA approved but development speed is ON and OFF. That area has underground water issues so not sure with current access how much of good resale option it has.

  • Prices can be from 2.3 to 3.0+ million, approximate figures, based on the Block, A-B-C or E-F.

i think university town will see a sudden hike after the 18 flyover announcement but after that there is not so much juice. developer is not so good and standards or low. water issue is also there so for long term and living university town is not recommended, if you don’t see any other option than better invest only for short term.
