University City having:
University of Engineering and Technology (UET KSK), Government College and University (GCU KSK), University of Health Sciences (UHS), Suparco, Garment City (KSK), Helicap, King Edward Medical University (KE KSK), Judicial Colony (KSK)
Or there could be other universities in near future... Will it be good for investment??? As it is becoming the hub of universities??? Please help me I am interested in this area...
are you sure that all these universities will have their campuses there? Whats the source?
Zain Yes I have visited the area, UET, UHS, SUPARCO are on ground(You can see their huge infrastructure).
GCU takes the land they have even put the walls to their area and a entrance to GCU area is there....
You can see on GOOGLE MAPS. King Edward also acquire 500 Acers of Land.....
Read today that a new city is planned there, but it may never happen since it is Pakistan and words come cheap and action is diificult.
Arshad yes you are right words are cheap in Pak(Kahna asan hey or Kerna Muskil ).
But progress is good at this area, so word are not cheap in this context.....
