I see that there are lot of housing schemes that are marked as under process(for last 2 years or so) on f.D.A website, but they have been developed 60-70% e.G, al-noor garden.
So my question is should we proceed with any precaution while investing in these colonies and what is the consequences of buying in colonies that are marked as illegal?
