Uncovered Area Requirements For Sector F-15 Or Other CDA Sectors

Aoa... Can someone tell me what are the minimum requirements for uncovered area for sector F-15 or other CDA sectors??? How much area has to be left from front and behind of 10 Marla plot (35x70)???

I have heard there is a requirement to leave atleast 10 feet from front and 8 feet from the back of 35x70 plot in sector F-15 (Jammu Kashmir Society)... Is this a must or there is leniency to leave less area from front and back??

Hey Tafseer,

Once rules are made, there is no leniency. If the CDA laws asks you to leave 10 feet from front and 8 from behind, you should do that or you will have trouble getting the completion certificate.

I think it should be 7ft from behind and also side gali about 5 ft…
