Bought a house in Wapda Town in 2003. Illegal qabza in 2005. Court case still pending 2012. Tried of the law. I have original documents to the house. I need to sell my house if anyone can help please let me know.

Really sorry to hear about your ordeal. Unfortunately though, cases like these are rather common and hardly have a solution. Fighting for a case in the court of law is indeed a long and tiring process and I understand that you must be tired of following up as well but my advice to you is to wait until you win the case otherwise disputed property sells very, very cheap. It's better to wait than to opt for loss on purpose.
Just a suggestion.
Recommendations:
Change your Lawyer and go to a big name.
Agree Contingent Fee arrangement with him (if he wins the case for you including appeal stages - then you will pay him a fee equal to 25% of the then value of the house).
