Dear fellows
If we buy a plot in bahria town, they give you a transfer letter and later on a allotment letter as a proof of purchase. My qustion is , in private housing schemes like bahria town are these documents are enough to prove your ownership or we should also go to 'patwri' and 'gardawer' to transfer the land into your name?
If yes what is the procedure in rawalpindi.
