Hi, my name is ali. I bought a 1 kanal house in x block phase 3 dha lahore in 2011 for my mother and i have been in usa since then so could not be able to transfer it to her name. Can you please tell me the procedure and estimated price and taxes like tip, cvt, stamp duty etc? And can i do the procedure while i am out of country? Thanks
