As an overseas investor i need advice on which of the two is better for investment considering potential of the two, location, development, infrastructure. I am looking to buy small plot and construct for the purpose of renting out. So i would prefer something which is ready for possession.
I think both enjoy good location benefit top is is 4 to 5 times big housing scheme so it will take some more time to develop then mumtaz city.
Agreed with Haroon. If you compare both societies in terms of development, Mumtaz city is a step ahead from Top city
Thanks, are both OK with NOCs from civil aviation. Once heard that there were NAB cases against TOP city owner. Have these been ironed out.
Stay away from E & F blocks of Top City I think they are not approved, as far as I remember. One reason as I understand they are less than 7 KMs distance from and within runway funnel, so not sure weather they will get NOCs in future. Rest of Blocks of Top City and complete Mumtaz City seems OK from any sort of trouble. Better go for possession plots rather than files. Loops for direct access to Kashmir hiway are also complete. So good future is expected.
By the way, I have one plot in Mumtaz City 40 * 90, which I am willing to sell. So drop me a message if you are interested. Market is generally slow these days, so you may find many other options.
Gamble in TC if u want for more stable n in long run rental income go for commercial in MC.
