TC is good investment option in the current market.
In this budget you can buy kanal plot file in E, and F Blocks, which don't have possession at the moment.
I would suggest to buy 10 marla possession plot in the range of 36 to 40 lacs in D Block depending upon the location and category.
Purchase must be done through the agents as the society had already sold those plots and are now only available in resale market.
Commercial property is always better than residential in terms of RoI but again commercial property is more expensive as compared to residential.
