Am going to buy a plot in top city 1. Please explain the process which will save me from any fraud. I don't have any knowledge about property. This is my first experience.
Am a common man and earn money by working day and night.

Simply transfer the plot/ file in the office of TOPCITY... Then there would be no fraud... Don't pay money to the file/ plot holder unless the process for transfer is completed....
