7 men accused from management of top-city change lawyers to delay proceeding in court. Heavy weapons were recovered from this society and now management is facing cases in courts. Why is Topcity is so full of controversies? Tried to buy a plot and no body is recommending… Location no doubt is good.

Good decision not to buy as it is totally hype and satta-bazi so far. For the last 10 years they been using new airport project to reel in buyers. Video surfaced few months ago where some people were using this society as firing range and training grounds for their violent activities.
Then huge stash of weapons recovered from there by Rangers. Sold-out media covered the whole story but not properly.
At least i will never invest in a project such as this.
Investment in this project has a potential to make one a wealthy person as well as throw him on the street.
*Court cases…no problem…BTs and DHAs and all are in the same boat
*Land acquisition…no problem…BTs and DHAs are also painting colorful maps while having no land/less land in possession.
*RDA/CDA no NOCs… no problem: Money is in abundance to go where it is supposed to go!
*CDA & RDA are in regular business to put notices/remove notices…. No problem. Who cares?
**CAA: Religiously committed being regular source of income for newspapers that this much kilometer/that much kilometer, no society is allowed…no problem…0.001% from the money pile could take care of that problem!
The difference is on ground deliverance!!

If not so and ONLY location, then what is wrong with Ghouri town/Bilal colony…these societies are just at the gate of Islamabad?
Just a hunch i think TC management locked horns with powers tht can not be named and only winner is power. Who cares abt courts, noc law is for the weak.
