No its not, i called the guy at orbit developers and they only have the springs apartments currently ongoing in isb. It amazes me how misinformation is so easily spread on this forum.
Samra Zulfiqar can clarify…however, the construction company of TOP CITY is doing a god job, in a very short time the progress which they have made is admirable…hopefully, if the management continue with the same zeal and sincerity…TOP CITY will be a very good society to live and an ideal opportunity to invest.
