Does anyone know what the value of plots are in top city-1, islamabad (10marla) and what the devlopment charges are, i didnt attend the meeting as i was in the usa on a business emergency. Missed the valuation, and details on the devlepment fees etc…How much would installments cost etc…also when will the new airport open?
Dear abdul ali It was a grand meeting and they started development work there. 10 marla plot developments charges are 450000 approximately and one kanal plot development charges are 9000000. Allot-tees have to pay that development charges in 7 or 8 quarter installments. You can check that details on topcity-1.Com News about airport is that cargo will be functional with in next 2 or 3 months.

Well, top city is from dynast associates, and im not sure about gulberg. Top city seems to be popular as its supposed to be right next to the airport, however, due to the late development i dont think it will be a golden investment just yet compared to what people made it out to be. I think mumtaz city is the next best place, mumtaz seem to be that good that its very rare to buy a plot for sale as no one is selling them, and people who are selling mumtaz plots they are selling them far too much.
Is gulberg development yet? Also how long before top city is fully developed?
