I am a bit confused on the development status of block "a" in tc. Newsletter for december 2013 states, "30% layout lug chuka hay" (compared to 90% for "b", 80% for "c", and 70% for "d").
Is block "a" way behind all other blocks? If so, why is it not reflected in asking price? Price for "a" is still higher than "c" or "d"
