Can someone please mention the top 5 or top 10 housing locations in Rawalpindi/Islamabad in order please.
According to price/facilities/high class.
I'd appreciate if a lot of people can answer this.

I think it depends on your criteria and preferences. Everything being equal the areas that are the most expensive tend to be the top areas as considered by the market i.e. CDA areas like F-6, F-7 and E-7. However these areas may not appeal to everyone some may prefer DHA and others BT, and some other private schemes.

Top 5 depends on your budget.
If your budget is unlimited, then in my opinion the best location in Pakistan (not only Islamabad) is E-7.
If your budget is less than one crore, then the best location in Islamabad for a plot depending on size in Zone I will be G-14/3 (one kanal plot without possession) and G-13 (35x70 plot with possession). In Zone II, it will be G-15, F-15 or B-17. In Zone V it will be DHA phase II.

I do know a bit about Bahria Town and DHA, which I'm guessing come at the top?
What would be the next best areas to them?
I'm looking for some general knowledge as I don't live in Pakistan.
So like for example a location where you can buy for 1 crore. Then something below 1 crore. Then maybe under 5/6 lac but all with good areas.
For example I am sure I can buy houses from many areas with 5/6 lac but I only want to know about good areas please.

Well I guess in Pindi… Only DHAI or Bahria Town phase I /Safari Villas Pindi is good. Can’t think more than two good places to live in Pindi sorry! Some people might say Chaklala Scheme 3 but it’s right next to the part of Nala Lai which stinks really bad some times in the year!
