Yesterday i was reading a report on how pakistan's property rights have improved recently which basically means that people's properties are slightly more secure.
The trouble with qabza mafia, nevertheless, exists and it is much serious for the overseas pakistanis, as i was discussing with a friend today. Of course securing possession is important but can the more experienced property buyers/experts point out other things my friend could do to ensure that his property remains as secure as possible.
