Please suggest what are the prospects of springs Islamabad, is it in Pindi or Islamabad? What are the conditions of roads and infrastructure there? What about orbit developers? Are they good? What are the construction standards?
I have shortlisted it against DHA phase 2? Is it worth it?

What do you think in terms of location ? Moreover, I have seen Springs construction was very fast and timely compared to DHA? What do you think? The adjoining land is very expensive too as 600 Sq yards in Fazaia Colony is nearly 2 Crore?

Orbit Developers are reliable folk as far as I know. Springs Islamabad, which should give you a hint as to where the community is, is a new project but I hear great things about it. The construction standards are good if not great and their pricing too is rather too affordable given their prime location.
DHA Islamabad in general has had issues. Frankly speaking, DHAI is perhaps the worst project of the Defence Housing Authority so to speak. The authority realizes that itself which is why it paid special attention in DHA 2 so in comparison to DHAI Phase 1, DHA 2 is tons better.
In comparison to DHA 2, Springs Islamabad is not a huge name. DHA 2 is a heavy contender since we like to go for credibility, popularity and reliability when selecting colonies to live in. In this regard, DHA 2 checks all the marks in my book but I still think you should personally visit both the localities for making any decision.

I personally don't have enough information about Springs Islamabad but the points of Nafees make sense. So do visit both sites and make a decision based on ground realities. Regards
