I have a plot, in multan, that i plan on selling this year, probably in a few months.
However, considering the fact that the impact of the government-announced construction package will be felt fully after eid ul azha (i think). I am trying to figure if it would be worth the wait, until, say, september or october for the prices to rise to some extent?
What i am trying to ask here is, will the prices rise a bit in this, relatively, short time? What do the experts here think?
