You remember where islamabad expressway expansion plan was proposed, there was a high jump in rates in all surrounding societies such as PWD Soan Garden etc. But after few months there was no update & the project was halted due to lack of budget. Not a single society around it crashed. Although the prices became consolidated at same levels & Now when the work is started PWD Soan Garden CBR etc all have got another jump. I believe the things occur in this manner in Pakistan. & Same will happen in MPCHS & Margalla avenue case.
Further More CH MAjeed Factor is Not a weakness but the strength to MPCHS.

No doubt FAisal series is also very good option for investment. But MPCHS has its own charm. Not compromised in any quality & Standard.

Margalla avenue tender is such a game. They announce, raise prices and then tender disappears.
I am sure this stunt will be pulled again after eid. 80 to 90% of transactions happen between dealers themselves. Genuine buyers are very less because standards if living are low compared to DHA or Bahria.

CDA seems on right track by not issuing the tender to some private company. They are pushing it toward the FWO, right now they are removing all legal glitches, PPRA has already given the green signal so next is the cabinet meeting. I think it will not see any resistance in cabinet.
