Agreed about the residential attractions of Bahria EMC but its prices were dropping recently, so is that trend changing?
If you want to sell this property to re-invest in some fast moving option, then you’ve missed the boat already. DHA and other fast moving projects have already stabilized with some correction expected in coming months.
However, if you intend to re-invest for longer duration, then DHA Lahore can give you good return in the next cycle, maybe in next 2-3 years time.
Under Developed Plots in its surrounding has gone out of the range for peoples. EMC still is in the range of pocket for any investor or even if some one wants to build house for residence then it’s a Good Time to Buy & construct the house. it’s a livable society with full of bahria standards.

@isloo1 DHA in Lahore has soared beyond the capacity of pockets… like if someone can get a 5 marla plot for 50 lacs in DHA Lahore, it will be lucky. Bahria EMC is half that price. I am just wondering if it will see some healthy action in the near future.
@hazafa.hassan dear, my suggestion was purely for investment purpose where the return is the greatest and fastest. It doesn’t matter if the plot is comparably expensive or cheaper than other societies. If it has potential to give best return on investment in a shortest period of time then that’s the right choice. Only DHA in Lahore has proven track record in this.
For living purpose, I agree with you that one must consider lowest cost plot in addition to his/her preference for location.
Yes of course I get that @isloo1. I was only thinking that the person I am talking about will not be able to invest in DHA after selling the plot in Bahrai EMC. Baqi toh I have known even graveyard facing plots in DHA to offer handsome returns.
