One of the most interesting maps for me. The question is, while living in B-17 are you a resident of ISB or RWP?

"Multi-Garden society was launched in two phases i.e. Phase 1 and phase 2. Phase-1 comprises of Block A, B and C. Phase-2 (also known as Multi-Garden extension or Multi-Gardens II) comprises of Block D,E and F. Although people generally believe that both phases are located in Islamabad sector B17. But CDA, through a public announcement (given below), clearly stated that multi-gardens II is not located within CDA boundaries. Hence, it is outside Islamabad limits."

Block E and Block F exist in A19. Dear Imtiaz,
This is very old story.If you check Google map it will clear you if you click before E markaz it will show you Islamabad.Bahria Phase-8 in Rawalpindi but people have Islamabad ID cards.I think whole zone-2 will be in Islamabad territory in near future this is main reason real Islamabad become scrap.No check and balance and CDA one of biggest corrupt mafia.

Yes, as far as BT-RWP (as is famously known) is concerned, that is in ISB as Punjab Govt. E-Stamp Paper doesn't have BT in its list of societies.

My point is different!

My interest was based on very recent CDA notification (dated 28-09-2018) about zoning limits of ISB & CDA

and this map below, that to date is still official and splits MPCHS between two cities.

The issue is that MPCHS has never explicitly highlighted whenever they play the overall CDA sector card when trying to sell E, F, G or whatever block. CDA itself is complicit in this regard.


Having said that, it doesn't compromise the quality of B-17, overall which is quite reasonable. To me the map, statistics and facts are more interesting that to date still hold true in an odd way.

I wrote this blog when I investigated in MPCHS Multigardens to buy my first plot in life (still the only plot I own). Its nice to see people still using that information ma sha Allah.



Brother it is very clear that block D, E and F are in Taxila. CDA was clear before and is very clear now that there limit ends at 17 series sectors.



The people living in MultiGardens II i.e. Block D, E and F will confirm get rawalpindi addresses on their CNICs.

Imtiaz sahib as per your post some where, you have explained very beautifully that how B-17 had performed very well in the last 12 month as compared to DHA, or Bahria or CDA Sectors...... Does it matter for b-17 to be pindi or islamabad? I am asking it please for my own curiosity.......

I think, if it is pindi or islamabad, what matters is the right decision at the right time to earn money in real estate...... Those who earned big money..... Either they took good risks or they had good idea.......

Thank you Syed for your input & some clarifications. Great work on elaborations of the MPCHS Geography. Yes, I must correct myself that CDA somehow clarified regarding the Multi-Phase 2.

The source of confusion in general public and a novice like me prevails when for whatever gains, the distinction are blurred between B-17 and Multi Phase 2. It must be playing in the grey zone by the Multi guys when the issue the layout plans and installment brochures they explicitly mention E, F, G as part of B-17 which they are not - "Block G - Multi Gardens B-17 Scheme".

From money making point of view, yes money/investment growth doesn't care about geographical locations. Yes, if you ask me, sir it does matter from so many factors between Cooperative Societies developed as CDA sectors and cooperative societies outside the CDA/ICT zoning limit.

Again, I happily would like to correct myself, in case I may be missing some obvious.

If bahria phase 8 is islamabd what is the legal status of Bahria Phase 8 as it is approved by RDA and not CDA/

@Hamad Bro Bahria phase 8 is in Rawalpindi. Its outside ICT limits.

@Imtiaz bro. Yes you are right. MPCHS calls all blocks: ISLAMABAD. Though I have seen few of their maps with (A19, b18) mentioned but a novice layman person cannot understand it.



We from my friend who told me that the plot is in B17 CDA sector of Islamabad. He had no idea whatsover that his plot was actually in Taxilla. After a bit research on internet, checking maps with dealers, a visit in CDA and a visit in MPCHS G8 head office, I grabbed the reality. When i told my friend he was completely astonished. Though still I bought his file as I noticed that MPCHS is working really well overall. Their E11 project and F17 project both have been awesomely developed. I felt a concrete future.
