Thank you for sharing the good news Mr Khan. Seems like a positive development indeed and one which may also finally herald a positive future for the much delayed Margalla Avenue.
@Babur. Sector C-15 is located on the east of fecto cement factory area and North of the under construction Margalla avenue. CDA has virtually 100% possession of the entire sector which is free from any encroachments (so far!).
With the recent activism shown by CDA enforcement wing, one can hope that they will be able to retain their control over the area and develop it.
How about C-16 development work ? does CDA have possession for C-16 ?
