Tenants in common

I have a property in gulshan-e-iqbal which two units, ground floor and 1st floor. I want sell it to two buyers who may be related or not, question can the property be held in two people names?

Here in USA there is concept of tenants in common, where two or more unrelated people can own a property with each having separate survival rights.

Any insights will be appreciated.

I don’t think that is possible in Pakistan. I think if you have to sell to two unrelated people, you will have to carry out partition of the property. But the best thing is that you consult a local lawyer for this issue.
