May I request you to enlighten me about the prospects of Tele-Garden F-15 vs JKCHS in F-15 and G-15.
Is this would be a better investment than Bahria Enclave non-developed plots of 8 and 10 Marla?

Tele Garden is in F-17 not in F-15. Tele Garden 2 projects 1-Multi F-17/3 Developed all facilities. 2-T&T F-17/2 Development in progress. Price 50% of Multi.
G-15 & F-15 are location wise better then F-17. Very close to GT road and Motor way link road. Development standard is average. G-15 is Fully populated. All facilities available. F-15 is not fully developed. G-15 & F-15 are Nearest Zone -II sector from main Islamabad. G-15 & F-15 are very close to last Zone-I sectors in G & F series i.e G-14 & F-14 Other Zone 2 sectors are in 16 & 17 series.
F-17 Location is good. Location wise no comparison with G-15 & F-15. Access is through busy Fateh Jang Road, Also accessible from Tarnol Interchange. In future access from E-17 is expected. Situated near Railway line. Multi is v.good society. Let me say best in all cooperative societies. Development standard of F-17 is very good.
Bahria Enclave is situated in Zone 4. Town planning and development standard of all Bahria Town projects is THE BEST
For investment F-15 undeveloped area, Bahria Enclave & F-17/2 T&T are better. Valued readers may comment.

I think F-17 MPCHS is excellent for living but might not goot for investment due to high prices, anyone idea about prices in F-15 ?
Bahria Enclave is much better option rite now in the current scenario.
