What will be the taxes for non filer on buying a residential plot of 10 million in Islamabad (JKCHS)?

For Buyers its 4% and for sellers its 2%.

What is about stamp duty and CVT?

Are these applicable in JKCHS?

CVT is only applicable only on plots of 1kanal or more. Yes you will have to pay stamp duty fee
