Tax implications

Dear all, need some advice or rather a rough calculation on tax

I have a property in one of the society (lahore), bought that property last year for 2.2m (22 lakh) and now have a buyer who i can sell for approx 3.5m (37 lakh). Making a profit of approx. 15 lakh (after all expenses paid)

1) i want to know , how much tax i have to pay?
2) how much the tax the buyer have to pay?

Please note, buyer and seller are bother non-filer and overseas

Appreciate if a breakdown of tax calculation with names and percentage are shown
