I complete a bungalow in dha karachi before submitting completion i received a letter of tax from cbc karachi. It is a letter of tax after assessment. They charge me rs=140,000/-.I want to know how they calculate it and is there any way to negotiate it. Because i am not able to pay this much.
Please give me your valuable suggestions and advices.
