Its look like a bit activity start in selling and purchase of taiser town Karachi plot.
It used to be no add or hardly 1 add in jang Sunday classified but for the last 2 week no of adds in jung exceed over 15 in classified section
Brokers and investor r buying plot in Taiser Town Phase 1.
Taiser Town still 5 years investment but it has lot of potential down the road. Specially price of 80 yards and 120 yards plots still cheap and I can bet you can not find plot at this price.
Mostly government scheme take 20 years to mature so almost 13 years has passed since this project launch
