T&t housing society

Plz advice me can i invest for 2-3 yr in t & t housing society, f-17. ! Kanal plot for sale.What a current market rate and a future aspect of this housing society. Thx

Since now they are building their own gate to the main road, I think we will see some price appreciation and construction activity starting soon... Gate opening is promised in March....

Location is ideal, just adjacent to main road....

Development standard is not upto the mark... However, adjacent to Multi F-17, where every thing including commercial markets are available...

Keep one thing in mind, Faisal Residencia is being launched behind the F-17, so, it will have negative impact on T&T in the short term...

25x50 will be launched at 21 lacs and 30x60 at 29 lacs on installments in a week or so time...

It came in my knowledge that vertex International is building 100 villas in T & T. They booking villas on 3 year installments. Secondly gate installment and current development is being done by Vetex instead of T & T.

Anyone knows that T & T got electricity and gas or not ?

What price tag will be for 35x70 and the approximate duration of possession for the Faisal Residencia. And what you think that it is inside F-17 or E-17 so is it under CDA or not?

Yes, vertex is booking villas.

They hv electricity.

I don,t think vertex has anything to do wid development of society.

Faisal residencia 35x70 is at 41 lacs, wid 6 lac dwnpymnt.

The area is bw f-17 and e-17. They cal it E-17. It looks under cda to me.

I have talk to vertex guys they claiming that they making front society gate and road to the round about and street lights etc.

Secondly if vertex making 100 villas and not developing society even, then if a locality that have 100 or so house then basic development infrastructure (electricity, road/street) may be materialized there. What is your opinion?

Ali, I agree with you, construction f 100 houses will have huge impact on the whole T&T.... But, I think they will built complete 100 houses, once sold... So, it would really depend upon their marketing team, how quickly they can sell these houses and then construct... I don't think they will construct all houses with their own funds, if not sold...

This is what, I personally think...

However, on thing is sure, things will change in T&T, once the gate is opened and construction of villas start...

I live abroad and time to time I invest in Islamabad with a hope that one day I'll come back to Pakistan and develop all the plots I'm buying at the moment.

I recently bought one plot in F-17 T&T block and F-18 B-Block. Like both sectors and will like to know if they are safe projects? Because I'll like to invest more in these two sectors.
