Is h block of sui-2 is good investment based on its location adjacent to bahria blocks. Or any other block worth more at the moment. Price is rising day by day there. No electricity yet.

Dealers are quoting prices from 42 to 55
Prices have jumped almost 15 to 20 Lac for a one kanal plot in Sui gas 2 despite the plots not having possession.
Think prices may come down?
