I am going to start construction work very soon on my plot measuring 1000 Sq Yds (90x100). The plot is located in Islamabad.
It is designed for a living of 4 families with a guest house and a gymnasium. The Architect has put his effort to gave us his best and we are satisfied with the design and layout. However, he is still open to suggestions and improvement. Therefore, I thought that I should get some more insight from friends over here.
Please suggest/help in any form like the front elevation design improvement, spaces adjustments, any further addition/subtraction/changes you may seem suitable. You may identity some inadequacy/lacking or fault in the design. You can comment in short words about what needs to be upgraded. Pictures of the front elevation and architectural drawings are attached.
