I have a 5 marla plot in bahria town phase 8, m block. From last few months, it has been depreciated a lot. Should i sell this or wait for few months to let the market to be stabilize? A 5 marla plot in sector e1 is around 21-22 lac which is adjacent to m block but m block is about 16-17 lac.
Some dealers are saying me to sell this plot and buy in ali block, which price is about 26-27 lac.
I have a budget of about 20 lac, what should i do?
1) sell m block and buy in posession ali block
2) buy another plot in m block in the hope that it will give me good return in 1-2 years
3) sell m block and buy in some other society?
4) retain m block plot and buy another in other society
Purpose is investment with an option of living as-well

Option # 4
Retain your stakes in Bahria and find something in other society. This way you can maximize your gains. If one is slow you can recover from the one which is picking up.
Brother; only m block did not come down, whole phase-8 has come down substantially including e1 and Ali block. If plot prices in possession areas start increasing then m block price will also increase accordingly. So there is no benefit in selling m block plot and buy in possession area by adding more money into it. It’s better you retain m block plot and buy another plot in any other reliable society.
Don’t put all eggs in the same basket…go with option 4 …
