I have hard earned savings of 2 millions pkr which i would like to invest for 3-5 years in a plot. Kindly suggest me some reliable and trusted schemes where i invest this money.
Keeping aside whether to Save or Invest, answer direct to your question:
Assume 2 million as lump-sum and no further installment of payments. Could be hard to find something in ISB (CDA Zones) but areas adjacent to ISB, such as RDA, TMA (some parts are more ISB then ISB itself), here are a few options.
NOC + Possession + Anticipated Future Growth
- UpCountry Enclosures
- CBR-2
- Phase 8, BT
- Alharam City
- Graceland Housing
- ICHS
There can be many other options, some could be scams and other could be >2 million with remaining amount on installments.

y not B17 block F????
Its a personal preference many other options may exist. B-17 is solid enough, however way too far from mainstream city and lots of commute time/effort involved. The only hope B-17 had, to thrive further and have improved access was in the name of Margalla Avenue that doesn't seem to be happening in near future, not even in news...
Moreover, I am not sure if under 2 million something of a Possession plot may be available in block F. On files too much dealer games with artificial premiums.
In the bearer future, project nearer the new Airport would grow better. Ring Road or also a factor, if and whenever hat happens, someday ...
PECHS is also a good option then why people avoid to invest in PECHS. Its location is better then most common named housing societies. Sir Imtiaz can you please sugest me that investment in PECHS is secure and better or not? Thanks

** Good
- Location as per recent developments, new Airport and expansion of city is very good. Nearby societies within few kilometers have 5 Marla plots for 35+ lac. Here possession plot for 10 Marla can be in 25 lac.
For me, good points end right there.
- No development, except for (broken) roads.
- Location and Layout on Google Map seems fantastic but on ground visit seems like a haunted abandoned land.
- Even the entrance gate and entry road warns about keeping the expectations low, while on a visit inside.
** Bottom-line:
- Quite good and approachable location (via Kashmir Highway to Top CIty to PECHS) but as of now wasted due to lazy developer.
- Few houses probably constructed by society but decades away from being livable.
- K, M blocks were planned to be developed by some private contractor but not much development or construction.
- It for sure will rise if there is some maintenance of existing development but not livable for a decade to come (as things stand now), unless developer starts a fast paced development right away...

Possession plot in 2 million in BT Phase 8 is real?
That is: Phase 8 Rose Garden. Few months back some of them were trading at 1.8 mil. Possession and ready to construct 5 Marla.

Sir what about AWT society. As we know that the near by societies like ECHS have very high rates but in AWT we can buy 10 marla in just 25 to 30 Lacs. And from motorway first we have to enter in AWt then go to other societies. Roads are well maintained no issue of NOC because of Askari developmen. And also construction of houses, schools and commercial plaza is going on. What you think is it beneficial to invest at this time in AWT or not ?
