Suggestion For Valuation Of Property

I have 15 kanal industrial plot in rawind Lahore, located right hand side of nala chounghi while going from Lahore to Raiwind near hudaiabia steel/reshamah textile opp to saphire tetile mill.

This is located on the metal road and surrounded with all big industry, area is thickly populated and very close to main nala chounghi

Boundry wall is constructed with 5000 ft of bounded warehouse, window covering and gate is not completed but main gate is there. Plot is level but the front is small it was meant for industrial unit.

Could you please advise what would be the approximate value of this plot and how you anticipate the future of this to hold it or to sell it.

In fact there are lot unreliable agents and never tell the fair market value . Thanks for your assistance, early answer is requested being nonresident Pakistani. Thanks

In my opinion and as a rough idea the plot should be aroung Rs. 25 crores. But thats just a rough idea. And what I suggest you is to wait and do not sell it yet. There are many societies on Raiwand road which are still underdeveloped. Once the residents' rush increases there, the prices of properties are likely to flourish.

Remaining ALLAH knows better, we can just estimate.
