I want to buy a plot 5 marla for residence in peshawar and my budget is 2 to 2.5 million.
Please suggest me any town/ project which is best location, price, residential and investment wise
Go for RMT zone 3 zone 4, i think you can get 5 marla in there
Which Zone is best
Gharib Nawaz, Try for RMT zone 3, its safe investment, some construction of houses are done and its a possession area, in future it will give good returns Inshallah !, also not bad for living in near future.
Go for GT road Side, like Al haram greens, Wapda Town, New City Homes, OPF housing scheme, these are best for living, if you want a good return, go for DHA PEshawar or wait for Bahria Town Peshawar
Both are good… First visit RMT and then decide yourself
