Our mother died leaving a flat of 990 sq ft in dha 2 ext.We got letter of administration in the name of one legal heir. Along with names of other legal heirs. We are 2 brothers & 1 sister. Also one of our brother left 5 legal heirs whose names are also included in court order.
The flat was mutated in name of our mother’s name in cbc from’95 but not in dha. We need to transfer it in our names how much fees & taxes we have to pay for this as per new rates
