i have a 5 marla double story house in rawalpindi and now planning to build studio on the top which is like 26x13 room 6x6 bathroom and 6x6 kitchen kindly help to understand what should be the cost , i have spoken to 2 contractors and one said 1800sf and other 3000 sf…I am confused
Structure cost can be around Rs.1350/sq ft to Rs.1550/sq ft
and finished can be done @ Rs.2500/sq ft with A grade finishes.

Dear there are two steps of construction
1) Structure
2) Finishing
Normally structure would cost you in range of 1250 to 1500 per sq. Ft and finishing would cost you another 1250 per sq. Ft.
