I have 5 marla plot in gulshan-e-iqbal rwp and i intend to build a house there. But exactly i don't know the approximate amount on it.
Can anyone tell me the current rate of construction materials & rate?
Just tell me structure cost of 25x50=1250 sq ft
How much quantity required?
Bricks
Sand
Cement
Crush
Iron
Jokkat
Labour charges

For Structure it will cost u 1250 too 1350 Rs/sqft.
For grey structure the cost should be 1000 per sqft
For grey structure the cost should be 1100 per sqft
I mean if I provide the materials
Only labour what cost should be?
Also mention the material prices pls
The quantity is subjected to the actual drawings.
While the prices may vary a little as in Rwp material is relatively cheaper than Islamabad Market. For this just call a contractor/supplier and you will get the actual rates.
Normal Rates are
Brick (Good quality) is Rs 8 to 10/Unit,
Sand (Subjected to type) Normal is about Rs 2600 to 3000/1000 CFT
Cement 490 to 500 per Bag
Steel About 88000/Tonne
Jokkat ( depends upon the material and its type)
Labor rate in Rawalpindi/Islamabad is 350 to 400 but there are some who may provide you in about 300 per day.
All the above rates may vary from market to market.
