Dear Tariq....
We can give you the quantity of the bricks, cement bags but you are advised to get it designed by the qualified engineer for the structure as it all depends on your layoout plans
so never take risk to get overview and assumptions....
So hope you understand as you are going to construct a full house so it will not so costly
to at least get the structure drawings which give you complete idea of steel, beams, pillers if required but mostly 10 marla house lay loads on walls mostly but some areas depends on design need necessary beams.
Hope it will help you.

If you can help me to provide the following with different options. Please note I want to cover the area as much as possible.
- Floor layout plan for each floor
The layout should have three spacious bed rooms with attached bath and built-in wooden Wardrobes,a drawing room and a TV Lounge with built-in wooden showcase, one common washroom, one Kitchen, one small store room and a car parking
Steel Structure Drawing for each floor.
Covered Area drawings for each floor.
Thanks
Tariq
Dear Tariq,
Please send us your plot allocation letter copy and requirments on each floor.
We can do it.
Send on our email address.
Awaiting
Please note steel structure drawings should have following information.
1.Steel sizes
2.Pillar sizes and quantity.
3.Beam sizes
4.Concrete mixing ratio
5.Thickness of roof slab
- Cement Plaster ratio for roof, walls and floor
If you have good contractor, these sizes are kind of standard practice in all current residential constructions in various earth quake zones.
But having number of columns and it's load distribution should be suggested by a structural engineer.
Thickness of Roof is 6 inches, thickness of columns is 9 inches. Plinth beam is usually 13.5 inches approx.
Do not use blocks at all. Even if you somehow decide to use blocks to save cost, never do it in basement.
Dear Tariq,
You are asking the sizes of different materials it is not possible without map. First make a map then it is easy to us to help you out.
Best regards,
Ahmed Saleem
