I would request any knowledgeable member to explain what is currently happening with state life phase 2. Some months ago a ticker on channel 42 indicated that an alternate map had been approved by lda. Also sl management had also indicated that they would be able to start development early this year. In the previous months the price of sl2 files has also increased. Can someone shed light on the current status of this scheme?
Tausif, I haven't heard any latest developments also till yet but yes i did hear about state life phase-2 amended map is approved and now they are starting overhead bridge from ring road to dha phase.9. Do correct my information if its not updated.
Its not the clear image of the development but the prices have gone up.
Hey Tausif, actually the new map had been approved by LDA, but this is a rumor that
"they would be able to start development early this year" State life management said, they have not announced any sort of news regarding development this year they told me early this morning that the development will occur inshallah may be this year or the next. Like MR. Shehryar said the prices have already gone up, yeah exactly this is what happening out there.
