Societies near PWD For Living Purpose

Hi Experts,

I am interested to buy a house for my living in a society near PWD and the options I can see include PWD Society, Korang Town, Jinah Garden, Soan Garden, CBR Town, Media Town, Bahria and Police Foundation.
I need your expert opinions that which of these options is best for me to buy a house in a range of 30 to 35 million Rupees. My preference is to live in a peaceful, secure place without gas, water, electricity and security issues.
I know there are so many other options too but for me, areas near PWD are the focus for now that’s why need your advice to filter from the societies nearby only.

Looking into the behungam traffic, it seems like muchlee mundee at times, specially when Bahria phase 1-6 & PWD traffic joins in rush hours…
Gulberg seems better but will take more time as PWD has been established for longer time & offers more than Gulberg as of now .

did you check emaar canyon views, i think those seems a better value for money right now, what is your opinion @yousafnoor Sab?

The township offers all, including educational quality facilities but the built houses quality is not very good, just like bahria Pindi puts their houses on sale with poor quality standards…

So keeping my budget and requirements in consideration, which other places you suggest where I can find a good house for a decent living.

Bro i would suggest to check River Gardens as it is very near to Main Highway and small and clean society

@yousafnoor But you are getting a villa in a price of plot in emaar canyon views, i think in DHA 5 40x80 plot is more than 2 crore now. is the built quality of structure is not good or the finishing is not upto the mark?

Years before I wanted to buy a house & live in the society. We visited built houses & after having seen the construction quality we abandoned the idea of buying there…
We also thought to put some money to renovate the old house as civic amenities , land scaping, kids school, access from IH was good . However the under development houses structure was on standard.
Yes DHA 5 is expensive & also KV society’s extension has been merged with DHA 5 & separate block had been allocated to Canyon View but still not very famous…

Within your resources, you can live in one of the best place from all aspects, the DHA 2.
Get a 10 Marla plot & built your house.
2 crore could give you the best located plot and with rest of the money you can furnish upper story, start living & keep completing the lower floors. Basement is also very good to have if a 10 Marla house is decided rather than one Kanal.
Then comes Gulberg Green, Faisal Town.& Bahrias & Fizaia Tarnol Executive Block.
Naval Anchorage gets a bit lower preference but hard to neglect with its merits as well.
