Can anyone tell me the price of 35 by 70 feet plot price. I want to buy one, if someone have let me know. If in Soan Garden are their smaller plots also.

They have bigger plots but society has divided the plots into half, e.g. 2 kanal plot is divided into 4x10 marla plots.
The price of 35 x 70 must be around 32-35 lak. I got a plot 35 x 64 dimensions in 30 lak 2 months back.

H block is quite cheaper, though there is less facilities.
