Signal free road

Dear all,
I am overseas pakistani planning to purchase a house in ghauri town or gulzar e quaid , i know there are many options and people will advise me for bahria dha etc. But i have budget and preference only for ghauri , gulzar e quaid or airport society , please advise which one is better in above 3 socities,,,my main question is that what is the current situation / work progress i heard that from zero point to faizabad work completed and they will finish snd phase from faiz abad to airport chowk by december 2016 please advise

Go for airport housing society instead of Gulzar e quaid or Guauri town Society is much better in terms of safety and development property value and rental value will definitely jump up after signal free road as main Islamabad will be 10 minutes drive from air port housing society as per the plan there will be overhead @ airport chowk …good luck

No doubt due to overhead @ airport chowk which is already in the signal free road plan airport housing society has a good future in terms of rental value and residential purposes.

as per plan highway signal free road from zero point to rawat will be completed by December 2016

Yes Nadeen bhai ghouri town prices are low then airport why one should avoid ghouri town ?

I was also confused between airport society and Ghauri town , but after visiting both I have purchased in airport society 5 marla house for 70 lakhs , Ghauri town is just normal place like old city dirty streets and small shops everywhere , poor cleaning and development standards , while airport housing society especially sector 1, 2, and 3 are far better than any other societies near by , please visit the both societies yourself and you will see the difference and decide accordingly.

But that price for 5 marla house is equal to bahria, is this society of bahria’s standard?

Yes Musafar bhai is right 5 Marla double in 70 is little high in ghouri prices are between 40 and 50 also in airport sector 4 5Marla prices are between 40 to 60

Any idea what is the progress of signal free road 2nd phase which is from Faiz Abad to Airport chowk,is work started or not yet?? people who are travelling on this road could answer / guide us please.

Faizabad bridge work almost completed just finishing working going on and i have not seen any activity on khana pull or sohan or koral interchange uptil now

Only Gulberg underpass is being constructed nowadays ....

No work has been started as of today on Koral Interchange or Khana pull or Sohan.

When do you guys reckon the project will be completed?

I think there will be very little juice left in Zone V after that. Within now and then, prices will be on an upward trajectory. After that the trajectory will be more horizontal.

6-8 months for interchanges…

Pardesi, I don't think the trajectory will come down soon, as ppl will realize the ease of travel on a signal free road while living in DHA. Zone V will be become nearer than Bahria Enclave and many other societies in term of travel time.

And once the house building starts to pick up there will be no stopping the price escalation...

Matrix sab is absolutely right.I think there will be more juice after signal free expressway.
